If you are looking for a quick way to shred hundreds of papers, then the HSM Shredstar X10 Cross-Cut Shredder or simply X10 is your best bet. It has the capacity to shred 10 sheets in one feed. This means that on average you can shred 59 sheets per minute. The HSM Shredstar X10 Cross-Cut Shredder has the capacity to create 430 cross cut particles from each page users shred. This means that it tears the paper into very minute particles.

The benefit of using the X10 is that the minute bits of shredded particles are impossible to retrieve. Sometimes, shredding into large bits allows snooping people to retrieve the document and repair it. With the HSM Shredstar X10, you can have complete peace of mind that it is impossible for anyone to access the shredded documents.

The HSM Shredstar X10 is designed to shred other objects like CDs and DVDs, staples, store/credit cards, and paper clips. It does this efficiently without jamming. The X10 has a manual and automatic reversing function that can stop a jam whenever detected. The Shredstar X10 can automatically stop to prevent the jam and resume work once the problem resolves. If users overload the shredder, most machines suffer a jam. However, the inbuilt JamStop Anti-jam technology in the Shredstar X10 avoids the jam by notifying the user of the overload.

Because the HSM Shredstar X10 has an overload protection technology, the Shredstar X10 can notify the user when the full-bag indicator needs emptying. The waste collection capacity of the HSM Shredstar X10 Cross-Cut Shredder is about 5.3 gallons.

Another interesting feature of the HSM Shredstar X10 Cross-Cut Shredder is that it is highly energy efficient. Users do not have to fear excessive power usage. Moreover, it operates almost silently, and all the user hears is a whisper. The cutting cylinder in the X10 comes with a lifetime guaranty.
