Légende Pauillac 2009

A major appellation in the Médoc, Pauillac benefits from an exceptional terroir characterized by gravelly hilltops on a clay subsoil which ensures natural drainage and encourages the vines to develop deep roots: these are the perfect conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon. 

Légende Pauillac is made from grapes grown in Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite)’s own vineyards and, once again, the wines are made with the same attention to detail as for the Grand Vin. Produced from the properties’ younger vines, these are classic , good quality wines. Their structure is less concentrated than their prestigious elders, allowing them to age more quickly, and after just a few months in the bottle, they offer an original, unique style, with the fullness and complexity for which the appellation is renowned.

TASTING ADVICE

Decanting: About 1 hour 
Tasting temperature: 16 - 18 °C

The 2009 vintage met the five conditions necessary for a great year in Bordeaux: homogeneous, early flowering and setting of the fruit (early June) with warm, dry, sunny weather; an equally early start to the ripening process (véraison), beginning in late July, complete ripeness due a hot, dry August and September, and finally dream harvests starting late in September, in perfect weather conditions!

The 2009 Pauillacs are powerful, rich and concentrated: a great vintage for the AOC!

TASTING NOTES (AT BOTTLING)

Colour: Deep ruby red.
Nose: Intense, delicate and complex, dominated by notes of leather and wax polish. Jammy aromas of Morello cherries and spices (cinnamon, nutmeg) develop with swirling.
Palate: A robust, rich wine with powerful, ripe, well-integrated tannins. The finish is very long, with spices and liquorice

Our system will calculated gthe delivery fee according to your shipping destination in Hong Kong local area and the specified oversea countries.
我們的系統將根據您在香港當地運送目的地和指定的海外國家計算出所需運費。

For Hong Kong local cutomers, we will use our own logitis team to provide our delivery service.
對於香港本地的客戶，我們將使用我們自己的貨運團隊來提供我們的送貨服務。

For the oversea customers, we will use DHL or UPS to fulfill the delivery.
對於海外客戶，我們將使用DHL或UPS貨運來完成交付。

3. Pick up in SF stations 在順豐服務站

Target customers : living in Hong Kong or having friends living in Hong Kong who can help to pick up the orders in SF stations
目標客戶：居住在香港或有住在香港的朋友，他們可以在不同順豐服務站點接收貨件

Customers can select the closest SF stations from their working or living areas when placing orders for picking up the products.
